      Xprinter is manufactured through a complicated process. From load modeling and heat load calculations, equipment specification and selections, automated control strategies to energy management systems, it is strictly controlled by our engineers. Other metals such as manganese, titanium, and tungsten can be added into its materials for required strength and flexibility
      Xprinter has to go through the following inspection processes. It is checked for its appearance (surface defects, color inconsistency, etc. ), specifications conformance, and form, fit, & function. Being pickled in the manufacture, it has no impurities, rust, and scale on its surface
      Xprinter has to be tested for quality before its shipping. It must be dipped in the acetic acid for hours to inspect the dissolving-out quantity of lead and cadmium. It can resist the attack of wind, water and road salts
      Xprinter undergoes rigorous quality analysis once it is produced. It will be checked in a comprehensive way in terms of its fiber quality, water repellency, snagging resistance, moisture permeability, etc. It has gone through various quality checks and is trimmed at edges
      The wood shape of Xprinter is exclusively designed by our professional designers according to customers' requirements after careful consideration to aesthetics and anticipated use. It is extremely strong and won't be damaged in the case of an earthquake or fire
