      The quality control of Xprinter begins with the selection of its components or parts. All of the components must go through chemical spraying soak tests, including, salt spray, acid and alkali pickling, and corrosive liquid dipping test. The product is not prone to scratch
      The production of Xprinter involves these processes: material preparation, CNC milling, CNC turning, grinding, wire electro-erosion, adjusting, CAD cam programming, mechanical measuring and control, and welding. The product stands out for its great heat insulation
      Once raw materials arrive at the factory, the processing of Xprinter goes through four steps: compounding, mixing, shaping and vulcanizing. Covered by nylon braided material, it is not easy to get knotted
      Xprinter will go through a series of tests after produced. It is scrutinized in terms of colorfastness, dimensional stability, appearance after washing, quality of thread and yarns, etc. The product stands out for its great heat insulation
      In the manufacture of Xprinter , a range of techniques have been used, from CAD design, 3D imaging, model manufacturing, to final assembly. The product is compatible with smart phones and tablets
