      The surface finishing inspections of Xprinter are strictly conducted. The checks include polish, hone, bush hammer, tumble, natural cleft, bevel edge, etc.
      Xprinter is the outcome of sophisticated manufacturing processes. It has to be stamped, cut, polished, electroplated, sprayed, tested, and assembled before it's shipped.
      Safety inspection for Xprinter will be conducted at the final production stage. Its electrical performance and safe operation will be verified to comply with established safety standards.
      The quality and safety testings of Xprinter cover several aspects. They include EMI test, insulation test, overload and overvoltage protection, as well as housing quality.
      Xprinter goes through a series of production processes: grouting, demoulding, splicing, drilling holes, glaze spraying, and firing which are all carried out by professional workers.
      There are arch pads to support the arches of children's feet, which can not only reduce the fatigue of children when walking, but also effectively prevent the incidence of flat feet and high arched feet.
